About Fraser Auto Repair

We started with a simple rule: nobody should pay for a repair they do not understand.

Why Fraser Auto Repair Exists

Ask around the valley and you will hear the same complaint: a car goes in for one thing, comes out with a bill for five, and nobody can quite explain why. Fraser Auto Repair was set up to be the other kind of shop.

Our customers are commuters, ski-season workers, ranch families and people who tow a camper over the pass twice a summer. They need vehicles that start in January and stop on a downhill. They also need to know what they are paying for.

So we keep the process visible. The fault gets proven, the evidence gets shown, and the decision stays with you.

What We Hold Ourselves To

Fix the actual problem the first time, explain it in words that make sense outside a repair bay, and never sell work a vehicle does not need. If that means a smaller invoice today, that is fine. You will come back when something really does need attention.

How We Run the Shop

  1. Testing before ordering

Parts are ordered after the fault is confirmed, not before. That single habit saves customers more money than any coupon.

  2. Evidence you can see

Photos, readings and the old parts themselves. If we say it is worn, we can show you where.

  3. Ranked findings

Every inspection ends with a short list sorted by urgency, so you can budget instead of panic.

  4. One person, start to finish

The technician who diagnoses your vehicle explains it and repairs it. Nothing gets lost between people.

  5. Room for both fuels

Gas cars and light-duty diesel trucks get the same diagnostic attention here.

  6. Weekday scheduling

Booked slots mean your vehicle is worked on when it arrives, not parked for days waiting its turn.

Written Prices, Every Time

Before any repair starts, you get the price for each item on paper. If something new turns up halfway through a job, we stop and call you. No work is added without your say-so.
